How you get started

Four steps, and then you stop re-explaining your business.

Onboarding exists to do one thing: get everything about your group into the platform once, properly, so that nobody has to ask you for it again. After that the trackers stay current and the work runs against them.

1

Discovery call

A 40 minute call to understand your business structure and what your transfer pricing actually needs. Not a product demo with your name on the slides.

2

Deep dive and IDI setup

We learn everything about your business, once, and put it into the three trackers. This is the step that means you never have to re-explain the group to a new person on the engagement.

3

Platform onboarding

Your dashboard goes live, with clarity on what is in scope, which workflows are running and what the budget covers. Nothing about the engagement sits in somebody's inbox.

4

A dedicated team

Day to day responsiveness with a 48 hour service level, and the same named people. The trackers stay updated as the year goes, which is the whole reason the documentation cycle stops being a scramble.

The three things it gives you

A dashboard, a relationship, and a memory.

The platform is the visible part. What it is actually holding is the answer to every question somebody would otherwise have to ask you, and a record of every decision the group has taken about its transfer pricing.

Rapid problem solving

When something lands, a customs query, an audit letter, a new entity, there is a team already holding the context rather than a firm that needs briefing first.

A long-term relationship

The same named people across the engagement, not a rotating cast assigned by whoever has capacity this quarter.

A knowledge system

The group's transfer pricing documentation, decisions and history in one place, which survives people leaving on either side.

Beyond the core

What can sit on top.

The platform covers the recurring work. These are the things that come up occasionally, scoped when they do rather than bundled in on the assumption that you will need them.

Operational and advisory calls

Time with a specialist on a specific question, booked as needed.

Intercompany agreement drafting

New agreements, or bringing existing ones into line with what the calculations actually do.

Local File and Master File

Full documentation production for the jurisdictions in scope.

Audit defence

Responding to an enquiry, from the first information request through to resolution.

Transactional pricing support

One-off pricing for a transaction the policy does not yet cover.

Not sure which you need?

That is what the discovery call is for. We would rather scope it than sell you a package.
