Tracker two
Deliverables tracker
Tracks all TP projects, past, present and future, and every deliverable produced over the years. It is the group's transfer pricing memory, and it is the thing that survives the person who built the spreadsheet leaving.
Institutional memory, not a shared drive
Every study, file, memo and agreement the group has produced, with the year it covers, the entities it concerns, the version in force, and who signed it off.
That matters most at two moments: when an audit opens on a year nobody currently in the team worked on, and when somebody asks whether the benchmark needs refreshing this cycle or next.
Deliverables, current cycle
Illustrative
Versions, with dates in force
The agreement that applied in FY2024 is not the one that applies now, and the file should cite the right one.
Refresh cycles
Benchmarks age. The tracker knows when each study was done and when it is due to be refreshed.
Signed off by a name
Each deliverable records the iVC specialist who reviewed it, which is the point of the review being real.
